KATHERINE BELIEVES that investing in women is one of the most overlooked opportunities in today’s market. As a Partner at GingerBread Capital, Katherine leads investments in women-led businesses and funds, backing high-potential founders who are transforming industries and delivering strong returns.

Katherine brings deep operating and investing expertise to GingerBread Capital. She has scaled early-stage startups and multi-billion-dollar brands in the home, food & beverage, wellness, and lifestyle sectors. Previously, she was an Operating Partner in private equity at Altamont Capital and a senior executive at Williams-Sonoma, where she led global business development and strategic growth initiatives. She began her career in investment banking at Kidder Peabody, later becoming a manager at Bain & Company and the founder of RCP, a strategic advisory firm supporting consumer growth companies.

A seasoned board director, Katherine has served on numerous private company boards, helping leadership teams scale through strategic vision, brand building, and multi-channel execution. She also mentors women entrepreneurs and works closely with political candidates at the state and national level who are focused on developing policies to advance democracy.

Katherine is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and received her MBA from The Graduate School of Business at Stanford University. Based in Mill Valley, California, Katherine is focused on identifying the next generation of leaders building iconic brands—and ensuring capital flows their way.
