How can we help accelerate progress toward wealth equity for women?

We’ve been proactively answering that question for…well, all of our working lives. First, as we’ve built our careers and personal wealth, and then as we’ve turned it outward, to build an ecosystem in which we leverage our collective wealth to create a more equitable landscape for women founders and funders.

In these mercurial times, we remain squarely focused on the horizon. Through our Investors Circle, an initiative we launched earlier this year, we’ve been hosting intimate, salon-style gatherings in several cities (Los Angeles, San Francisco and New York to date) that have brought together women leaders—in business, finance and government—to share their expertise, clout and networks, with the aim of steering more investments in entrepreneurial women innovating for the future.
