Ride-hailing platform Hop Skip Drive was launched in 2015 by Joanna McFarland and co-founders Carolyn Yashari Becher and Janelle McGlothlin to provide safe and dependable rides for families.
The platform enables a seamless network of thousands of CareDrivers. Each driver is diligently vetted and undergoes a 15-point certification process, including fingerprinting, background checks and in-person interviews before being approved to use the platform.
With a mission to help kids reach their highest potential, the Los Angeles-based company also works with school districts and social service agencies in California, Colorado, Virginia, and D.C. to remove mobility as a barrier to opportunity for underprivileged children.
